Regional Indicators reviews Region 9 in terms of four major categories:
demographics, governments, economy and social conditions. The
demographics comparison includes information about the population
and make up of the region. The governments comparison includes
the number of counties and cities in the region, average populations
and financial data on governments in the region. Economy comparisons
take a look at the per capita income, unemployment rate and poverty
statistics for the region. Finally, the social comparison looks
at the teen pregnancy rates, infant mortality rate and number
of physicians in the region.
